Q: How far in advance should i book a video slot?

A: Ideally, at least 4-6 weeks before your launch. If you need a How to Play video in under a month, we typically assess a rush fee, pending our availability.

Q: How do you propose to spell-check my rulebook when you keep using lower-case i’s everywhere?

A: That’s a stylistic decision i’ve adhered to since i was a teenager. Your rulebook will be pristine!

Q: What does it cost?

A: We can share our rate card with you once you get in touch. 

Q: What do i need to provide to Nights Around a Table?

A: For our How to Play videos, we request access to a repository that contains your hi-res, print-ready files. We will photograph your prototype game, but the card and tile sequences are all animated using your file assets, and are superimposed in front of the photography.  While not required, it helps us if your card images are transparent pngs with rounded corners. If you have provided an asset repo to a developer to create a digital version of your game on Board Game Arena, Tabletop Simulator, etc, that’s exactly what we need. We also require at least a pdf version of your rulebook (printed is better), and we request that your game’s rules be “locked” for the purposes of our video.
